Brakes-4-Less

Went in today for just my rear brakes to get changed out that’s all I wanted I’m cheap lol but was helpfully explained why I should do All of them and why rotors are at the end of life and can’t be (turned) safely I did spend more than I wanted to ( that’s the norm for everything these days) but unlike every shop I’ve been in they were not aggressive and pushy just very matter of fact shop I also got a10 percent of and they turned my front rotors for free because they knew that was for the best .. the car stops on a dime like new . I won’t go anywhere else for brakes thanks fellas

Highly recommended!!!! I can't recommend these guys enough. They where very helpful, took the time to explain what was wrong and what was causing the issue. During the whole process, they had excellent communication and kept me informed on any updates. Wish I would of gotten their names but to who helped me, thank you! Definitely will be a returning customer in the future.

Jamie( hope it's spelled correctly) the manager at the Orange Park location was outstanding. He explained everything to me. I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived at about 10:10and they got right to work on my truck. The prices were reasonable and destroyed the dealer price. The mechanics did great work! I was headed home at 11:10 with new breaks all around!!! Great Experience!!!! Will Definitely Recommend!!

Wonderful character and professionalism!! After being told I needed new brakes by the car dealership, the dealership quoted a ridiculous amount. I chose to come to Brakes for Less because of their more affordable prices. I was surprised when they reached out and said my brakes looked great and were in good condition. Many people (like the car dealership) take advantage of a woman— especially one with car seats who wants to keep her kids safe. The Brakes for Less team’s honesty was much appreciated in a time when they could have easily taken advantage as well.

I went in unannounced for a noisy metal to metal brake issue. Met with Jaime themanager and explained my problem. He explained their services and took it right in for evaluation. After looking at all 4 wheels, he presented me with several options in several price points. I agreed to one and he said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hrs and would do it right then. Turned out out to be slightly over 1 hr and car drives smooth and quiet. VERY helpful and courteous mgr and staff. Nice to have customer service #1 and would recommend them to everyone !
