Dennis is the best! Really took time to diagnose my AC issue and come up with the best strategy to move forward unlike other shops in the area who wanted to do the easy fix. Saved me tons of $ in the long run!

This a complete scam artist. Bought our son a Volvo, bring it to him to have it checked to ensure everything is good. Says it has a small oil cooler leak. Paid him $800 or so to fix it. Doesn’t get it done in the time he said it would and keeps brushing us off anytime we call to see what’s going on. “Ordered the wrong part” bull crap. Get the car back and they don’t even reattach the skid plate entirely when giving it back (to which he states that tech no longer works there - affirmation that there was clearly an issue with the work they are doing). Get the car home and immediately the AC goes out. He says to bring it back. We do and then he likely BS’d us again as he says it was just an air…

I made a call to this shop with questions about the cost for a tune up. The guy was so rude and kept cutting me off then decided to hang up the phone. I’m old school and I firmly abide by “The customer is always right” so to have an introduction so rudely to a potential customer was insane. I would NEVER recommend or use this guy for anything! He really needs to service his attitude instead of cars!

Only problem I had with them was communication. I'll add I did call quite often checking on the status of my truck even though they told me they'd call when something changed or when it was ready. Besides that I'd give them 5 stars. They replaced 1 of my ECM, fuel injector and flush my system because my injector fail wide open and flood my engine and exhaust with gas.(My injector failed after my ECM failed) Only thing Id advice if ur in a time crunch for the repairs, just spend the money and get new parts. I pretty sure my truck would've been only 2-4 days in the shop instead of 11 days.( I went with a used ECM and it took FedEx 7days to ship when FedEx said Max 4 day …

Well College Automotive has been such a huge Blessing to me. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and have no reason to look anywhere else for all my automotive issues. I am sure that Dennis and his crew have God working through them 🙏! . What a professional, kind , informative comfortable, knowledgeable and just simply wonderful experience this shop is.
